What did Sarah Turner cut out? Sugar. Lots of sugar, for that matter. Turner used to drink tons of soda - about four liters of Coca-Cola... a day! According to the New York Post,
“I was most definitely addicted to Coke. I could just drink it all day and not think about the effect it has on my body,” said Turner...
Turner cut out the soda, and was able to drop 112 pounds! Now, she has to still stick to a diet, and watch what she eats (and drinks), but one simple change made a huge impact on her life.
Trying to lose weight is a tough thing to do, but making small changes everyday can make a huge difference. And this is no hit to soda - you can still drink soda, it just matters how much of it you drink, and the kind you drink.
